Our goal is to hold the banks accountable to the highest possible standards and to help our clients receive the benefit from any corrected errors.

Through exhaustive research, we are able to find people whom we believe have been victims of bank error in the foreclosure process. After finding probable mistakes, we make every effort to contact the individual by letters and phone calls, both to the person directly and often to their close associates and relatives.  After making contact with the person whom has lost their home to foreclosure, we secure our place as their advocate through a few contracts. Securing our place allows us to legally represent our clients to banks, where we can fully audit the bank's processes to make sure that any and all errors perpetrated in all dealings concerning their mortgage and foreclosure were done above-board. In many cases, we find substantial sums of money that are due back to our clients, and can obtain them for them for a contigency.
